EYTYS is looking for an ART DIRECTOR to join the team in Stockholm or Paris. As an Art Director, you will work closely with the Creative Director and Head of Marketing to ideate and produce content as well as maintain and improve EYTYS visual expression across all touch-points. You will be involved in all steps of creation, from ideation and conceptualization to execution, working on a range of digital and print concepts across EYTYS departments and channels.
Your tasks include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Creating convincing and innovative concepts for photography and film in line with brand image, content level and marketing strategy.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Continuously suggesting creative teams and collaborators.</li>
<li>Art directing creative teams on-set, ensuring synergy in art direction across all product categories. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Co-owning content production budgets together with Head of Marketing, working with small budgets.</li>
<li>Overseeing e-com shoots together with the e-com team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Overseeing the Graphic Intern in the post-production of image/video material for E-commerce, including image selection, retouch comments and retouch/grade.</li>
<li>Overseeing the production of marketing collateral such as newsletters, advertising and social media content.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Supporting in the research and conceptualizing of bigger print and digital campaigns, creating mood-boards and sketches for concept presentations.</li>
<li>Ensuring all assets produced meet EYTYS visual identity standards.</li>
<li>Leading a team of one graphic design intern and external creative agency partners.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Creating a compelling offering around creative internships at EYTYS and making recruitments as needed.</li>
</ul>
The ideal candidate should:

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">3-5 years in experience in art direction in-house, freelance or at a creative agency.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Have proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Have a strong creative vision with attention to business objectives.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Be passionate about evolving trends and technologies within the fashion and arts industry.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Be extremely organized with the ability to handle many different tasks at once.</li>

THE ROLE This position is an important role at EYTYS and you&rsquo;ll have a key role in the growth and development of our company. EYTYS is a company in growth and you will play a key role in setting structure, processes and routines in place to facilitate further growth and global expansion. This position reports to the CEO and founder.
THE TASKS
Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
<ul>
<li>Secure short-term &amp; long-term resources for team to deliver on company targets; including overall profitability and growth</li>
<li>Strategize on overall company goals and objectives within all areas; commercial, financial and brand</li>
<li>Build and lead the finance/business controlling team as well as the supply-chain team</li>
<li>&nbsp;Report to corporate bank contacts and other financial institutions</li>
<li>Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management on monthly, weekly and yearly basis</li>
<li>Ultimate responsibility for year-end closing and financial reporting; main point of contact with auditors</li>
<li>Owning and reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures and policies</li>
<li>Partake and present in board meetings and management group meetings</li>
<li>Lead, advise on and develop buying function for all channels; including product profitability and commercial terms</li>
<li>&nbsp;Develop KPI reporting for all areas within the organization in cooperation with department heads</li>
<li>Joint responsibility for increasing employee on the job satisfaction and overall EYTYS corporate culture with other department heads</li>
</ul>
YOUR EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>4-5 years&rsquo; experience of working with finance and accounting</li>
<li>Experience from managing a finance team</li>
<li>Have worked with report building and analyses of key performance indicators</li>
<li>Experience from fashion goods and apparel business</li>
<li>Experience from working in an international setting</li>
<li>Ability to work under own initiative and collaborate across departments</li>
<li>Ability to manage and prioritize tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail</li>

EYTYS is looking for a PR intern to join the team at EYTYS head office in Stockholm. As our&nbsp;PR intern you will work in a fast growing global company with an international network and customer base. In a varied role as a part of the Brand Department you will work in a high-paced and creative environment to achieve strong results with your team.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate local and international press requests, keep records and follow up on results.</li>
<li>Responsibility for the PR sample collection and assisting other departments with sample coordination.</li>
